My role is to help you feel informed, confident, and grounded as you navigate the pregnancy and birth process. Birth Support
What's Included
- 1 prenatal visit

- Assistance in crafting a succinct birth preferences document to share with your care providers

- 24 x 7 on call support from week 38 until your baby is born
- Continuous labor support

Optional Add On: Birth Photography
- Photography during labor and delivery
- Gallery of ~50 edited photos delivered within a week of your birth
- $200 due with Birth Support fee
$150 travel fee for service outside of Boulder County.
Virtual Support
Whether you’re looking for answers to specific questions or needing a little guidance to feel more confident on your conception, pregnancy, or postpartum journey, virtual doula support offers a flexible way to meet where you are and empower the choices you make.

Postpartum Support
As a postpartum doula, my focus is on supporting and encouraging you in your role as a parent to your baby. During our time together, I prioritize educating and assisting with baby care and breastfeeding, while also helping to integrate your new baby into the family.

About Me
Originally from the Midwest, my husband and I moved to Colorado in 2019 as newlyweds, drawn by a slower pace of life and more opportunities to be outdoors. Shortly after, we welcomed our first child and discovered the vibrant birth community in Boulder County.
As I navigated my own journey into motherhood, I felt a clear calling from God to support other families through conception, pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum season. My faith in Jesus is the foundation of how I approach this work, guiding me to show up with compassion, humility, and deep respect for each family’s unique story. This calling led me to step away from my corporate career and MBA background to pursue training as a birth and postpartum doula through DONA International.
Today, I support families throughout Longmont, Boulder County, and the surrounding Front Range with both professional training and lived experience. As a mother of three with three very different birth experiences, I understand firsthand that birth is never one-size-fits-all, and I’m passionate about offering individualized, informed support to each family I serve.
When I’m not supporting families, you’ll find me at home in Longmont with my husband, our three children, and two sweet pups — baking sourdough, thrifting for hidden gems, or training for my next race...pursuits that reflect my patience and endurance.
